SG: WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO SAY THAT WE CREATE OUR REALITY?

AH: Even though you may not be aware of it, you are continuously emitting an electronic signal or vibration, not very different from radio signals. Those signals are continually aligning with matching signals. Law of Attraction manages those signals and gives back to you whatever you are putting out. Whatever you are giving your attention to, in the now, whether past, present, or future, causes the emitting of these signals. And then, people, events, circumstances that match the essence of your dominant signals come back to you.

SG: HOW DOES LOVE FACTOR INTO OUR ABILITY TO MANIFEST?

AH: You are constantly manifesting whether you are in the feeling of love or not. But a steady feeling of love puts you in a vibrational state that allows things that you do want to flow into your experience. When you are feeling love you are in the state of allowing your connection to your Source. And when in vibrational alignment with your Source Energy, those things that you desire flow easily into your experience.

SG: DOES THE SPIRIT REALM OR OUR DECEASED RELATIVES ASSIST US IN TIMES OF NEED? IF SO, HOW?

AH: Nonphysical Energy, Source Energy, which does include those you have known who have re-emerged back into the Nonphysical Energy offer you assistance, clarity, ideas, energy at all times. But often, when you feel you need it most YOU do not allow it into your experience. It isn't that Nonphysical isn't offering the help you want, but rather that in your need you are often not in vibrational alignment with the help that is offered, so you block it with your contradictory vibration.

SG: WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO BE KIND TO ANOTHER AND WHY IS THIS SO IMPORTANT?

AH: The way you feel indicates your vibrational alignment with your Source Energy. When you feel kindness toward another you are a match to the Energy of your Source and you are therefore in the personal state of thriving. When you feel criticism toward another, or toward yourself, you are not in a state of alignment with that which you really are. When you were young and your Grandmother said to you, "You are a wonderful child, and your life will be good!" the reason those words felt so good to you is because your appreciating grandmother, because of her appreciation of you, was in perfect alignment with her Source Energy, and then she flowed it all over you. The reason it felt so awful when a teacher, or parent criticized you, telling you, "You are bad! You are wrong!" is because that person, in their criticism was not in alignment with Source, and their words influenced your misalignment also.

SG: WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF LIFE ON EARTH?

AH: Joy! You are wonderful creators who have come forth into this amazing and diverse environment so that new desires would be focused within you. You understood before your birth that these desires would be born, and you intended to align with your desires and with the Energy of your Source for the fulfillment of these desires. You understood then that you are an Eternal being. And you intended to come forth and experience joy!

SG: WHAT ARE SOME ESSENTIAL STEPS TO GROWING SPIRITUALLY?

AH: You never cease growing or expanding. It is our desire that you remember that when you are feeling good, you are in alignment with who you really are. In that state of joy, or feeling good, you allow your full, conscious, in-this-moment awareness of your expansion. Conscious expansion is always more satisfying than unconscious expansion. But you are constantly expanding whether you are aware of it, or not.
